About Dr. Neilson
Dr. Sara Neilson
I graduated from Oregon State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and have worked in a variety of practice settings. During that time, I began to understand that by meeting pets where they’re most comfortable, I can deliver care that truly fits each individual’s needs.
My professional interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, oncology, palliative and end-of-life care, and helping pets maintain mobility and comfort as they age.
At home, I share life with my husband, 2 children, senior cat, Minnie, energetic young dog, Benji, and a sweet foster pup, Molly. I enjoy any time spent in the mountains, in the kitchen baking, or with family and friends.
